Adult Studies
Congregants are encouraged to participate in the many classes offered, as well as to follow their own paths of study with the aid of our Director of Education, clergy, and well-stocked library.

JTS iTunes U – A resource of the Jewish Theological Seminary making public lectures, Torah commentaries, and select JTS courses available for free streaming and downloading.
Some highlights of our adult education program are:
- Adult B’nei Mitzvah class which studies weekly with Director of Education Judith T. Fox and our clergy for a period of two years.
- Adult component of our Religious School Family Education program, open to all congregants.
- The Natalie Ziplow Thursday morning study session with Rabbi Small, where texts and current events are discussed.
- Short study sessions led by our clergy between Minha and Maariv in our daily minyan.
A lay-led Rosh Hodesh group for women which chooses its own course of study.- Book discussion groups.
- Annual Jewish learning festivals.
- A good library.
- Independent study with mentors and/or study partners, by arrangement.

Adult education activities are supported in part by the Adult Education Fund. We have an active, lay-led Adult Education Committee.
