Queen Esther’s Tea Party and The City of Shushan
Queen Esther’s Tea Party and The City of Shushan, an original musical of the Purim story, was presented by The Emanuel and Chai: The Center for Jewish Life on Sunday, March 13, 2011, 3:00 – 4:30 pm. The pre-Purim family event took place in Avon at the Sycamore Hills Park Senior Center. The musical, written by Family Educator, Grae Sibelman, and performed by Rabbi Small and congregation members will gave children a chance to sing and interact with the characters and join them for a tea party following the play. The event was open to all.
