DESCRIPTION:Participants will learn about different smokers\, techniques\, 
 and tools to make the perfect BBQ.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;We will make our own lox\,
  chicken\, and brisket.&nbsp\;\n\nClass is limited to 8\, held at The Eman
 uel Synagogue\, four Thursdays beginning Jan 4!\n\nCost: $150/person and i
 ncludes four sessions\, all of the ingredients\, weekly special beverage\,
  and your own set of knives.\n\nREGISTRATION IS CLOSED as class had begun.
