  from the Connecticut Gas Company under the provisions of the State of\nCo
 nnecticut Neighborhood Assistance Act (NAA) Tax Credit Program\, as admini
 stered\nby the Department of Revenue services.\nSince 2010\, United Illumi
 nating (UI)\, Southern Connecticut Gas (SCG) and Connecticut\nNatural Gas 
 (CNG) — all subsidiaries of AVANGRID\, Inc. — has awarded $4.2 million
 \nin grants through the NAA Program. The program offers a corporate tax cr
 edit to\nencourage businesses to provide financial support to qualified lo
 cal nonprofit\norganizations improve energy efficiency and reduce their en
 ergy costs.\nThe Emanuel has been awarded these funds for needed boiler re
 pairs.\n\nThe Emanuel Synagogue is a Conservative congregation in West Har
 tford CT\, which\nhas served the Jewish population of Greater Hartford for
