Learn about the Jewish National Fund’s new and innovative culinary institute in Israel’s Upper Eastern Galilee. The GCI is part of JNF’s strategic initiatives to strengthen and improve the quality of life in the region, through economic development, employment, tourism, housing, and community building. It is located in a region known as the “food basket” of Israel and also is a wonderful mix of cultural, historical, and natural wonders.
