On Monday, March 14, at 7:00 p.m., SCN consultant John Colangelo will present, “Stop the Bleed,” in person* at the Emanuel.
According to the SCN, “From the Hartford Consensus, a national emergency response goal emerged to improve victim survival following mass shootings and other intentional acts of mass violence by empowering trained bystanders to take life-saving action if quickly needed–regardless of the situation or cause of severe bleeding. Stop the Bleed, a national public awareness campaign, was launched shortly thereafter, in October 2015 by the White House, with a call to action to begin training more people to become immediate responders until professional help arrives.”
REGISTRATION is REQUIRED.
If you are registering for more than 1 person, please put the additional name(s) in the NOTES section of the registration form below.
*Because this training is hands-on, it is only available in person and will NOT be presented on Zoom.
