Registration Set – Up & Marketing Request

  • For EMANUEL PROGRAM USE only, to set up program registration and begin the promotion process. PLEASE NOTE: to be used only AFTER all program APPROVALS are in place, and program is SCHEDULED on The Emanuel Calendar.
  • For program titles, please consider BREIF names (20 characters max) that reflect what attendees should expect
  • What DATE should promotions BEGIN? (Perhaps with a 'Save the Date' or 'Coming Soon') What DATE should REGISTRATION in your program start? (If not taking pre-registration, programs will generally be promoted 2 -4 weeks prior to event)
  • Provide your PUBLICIZED START & END times of your Event
  • IN-PERSON, VIRTUAL (livestream/Zoom) or BOTH? Indoors or outside 'weather permitting'? If it will take place somewhere in the building but you are not sure of the exact room, just put "at The Emanuel"
  • For marketing purposes, please specify WHO your program is best serving (ie: families with young children, adults 21 and over, etc)
  • Please identify the MAIN CONTACT for program specific questions. NAME, PHONE# and/or EMAIL
  • Is this event presented ONLY by Emanuel OR by Emanuel PLUS other Organizations?
  • Please list all other entities/individuals who are event partners and should be included in the marketing. PLEASE SPECIFY ROLE (ie: sponsor, co-host, partner, etc.)
  • What is the MAIN purpose of the event?
  • Provide a SHORT description of what attendees WILL EXPERIENCE; is it a presentation, discussion or group activity? Is it a party to celebrate or an opportunity to generate interest in a cause, and if so of what? If it is educational what are the anticipated 'take-aways'? Lay/Staff led or is it facilitated by a SPECIAL GUEST? please include link to any websites / social media especially if this is a partnership and to generate additional interest.
  • Should attendees expect a full meal, light snacks, or plan to NOT come hungry? Please select the option that BEST DESCRIBES what refreshments (if any) will be available, then offer specifics (if applicable) in 'details' below.
