Participants will learn about different smokers, techniques, and tools to make the perfect BBQ. We will make our own lox, chicken, and brisket.
Class is limited to 8, held at The Emanuel Synagogue, four Thursdays beginning Jan 4!
Cost: $150/person and includes four sessions, all of the ingredients, weekly special beverage, and your own set of knives.
